Essential Packing Supplies
Sending Assembled Displays
Gather a clean plastic container or a sturdy cardboard box alongside plenty of standard kitchen roll (paper towels) before beginning your floral packing.
If you are struggling to dismantle any flower displays (either physically or emotionally) and don’t mind sending a larger item, you are welcome to send them assembled in their Oasis or boquet instead.

Prepare the Base
First Layer
Add a Buffer
Heavier Flowers
Line your chosen box or container thoroughly with a fresh layer of kitchen roll.
Place any foliage you are sending carefully on top of this first paper layer.
Cover the foliage completely with another protective layer of dry kitchen roll.
Next, add larger or heavier flowers. Lay them side-by-side neatly for a flat layer.

Final Protection
Cover this heavier flower layer with another sheet of kitchen roll to cushion the next tier.
On this next layer, carefully arrange your more delicate stems and fine blossoms.
Add one last layer of kitchen roll right on top to protect everything during transit.
Important Note for Warmer Weather
What to Include Inside Your Parcel
To keep stems hydrated in warm conditions, wrap stem bases with damp (not wet) kitchen roll and cover the damp paper with foil. This prevents petals from getting wet and damaged.
Please include your order number, full name, postal address, email, contact number, a list of ordered items, and where you placed your order (Instagram, Facebook, Etsy, website). Include social usernames if different. Also, write in anyone who recommended us.
